Restaurants

Exciting culinary adventures await you at Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort.

  • Hole-in-the-Wall is located in an old ranch house built by hand in the early 1940's and offers up some mouthwaterin' cowpoke fixin's. Order á la carte or enjoy our breakfast buffet, featuring omelettes, eggs to order, potatoes, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, pancakes, French toast, oatmeal, imported meats & cheeses, salmon, fruit, yogurt, granola, cereal and much more! The restaurant's lunch menu offers a variety of sandwiches, salads and hot entrées. The dinner menu features Baby-Back Ribs, Mesquite-Broiled Steaks, Homemade Biscuits, Cowboy Beans and more. Dine in the warm, authentic dining room or outside on one of two patios. A sunken bar overlooks the resort's nine-acre water feature and a nightly bonfire. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served daily.
  • Slim Picken's features casual dining and libations at the River Ranch. Rico's American Grill brings high-quality cuisine at an affordable price. The menu features influences from all four corners of the country, but is settled in the Southwest. Nothing about Rico's is complicated; not the parking, not the prices and definitely not the menu.
  • Rico's American Grill features influences from all four corners of the country, but is settled in the Southwest. Nothing about Rico's is complicated; not the parking, not the prices and definitely not the menu. Here, it's all about straightforward, locally sourced ingredients. You'll find back-to-basics meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a neighborhood setting. Try the Huevos Rancheros with farm-fresh eggs and chorizo, or the House-Smoked Chicken Tostadas with our own signature enchilada sauce. And you can't miss The Great Big Burger, served on a brioche roll with sautéed mushrooms, bacon and jalapeño.

The drink line-up at Rico's is as friendly as the staff. In addition to a full bar, beer flights and Rico's signature Rough Riders brew, the bar program also includes a wide selection of tequila and margaritas.

Rico's, which is located adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak, is named after a now-defunct 1900s Mercury mine. The restaurant pays tribute to the community's mining history with its mining artifacts and decorum.
