Rates and Reservations

Standard accommodations: $144 (plus tax—currently 15.5%) single/double occupancy.

Reservations must be made directly with the Marriott no later than April 24, 2015 to receive the Society’s special Clinic room rate. Reserve your room early as the block may sell out prior to the cut-off date. Reservations made after this date are subject to the hotel’s space and rate availability.

Reserve your room by calling Marriott reservations at 1-800-228-9290 or direct at 215-492-9000, and request the “Society of FSP Clinic” rate. You can also reserve your room on-line. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The group rate may be available three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, based on availability. Cancellations must be made by 4:00 pm ET at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid cancellation fees. Rooms not cancelled will be charged one night’s room and tax. Departure dates will be confirmed upon check-in and are subject to a fee if changed after the check-in process is completed.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12 noon. This is a smoke-free hotel.


The Philadelphia Airport Marriott is connected to the Philadelphia International Airport. You can easily walk to the hotel with access through Terminal B.


The Philadelphia Airport Marriott does offer complimentary airport shuttle transportation if needed. Follow signs to the Baggage Claim Area for shuttle transportation to the hotel. Courtesy phones are available to contact the hotel for the shuttle.
