CE Filing & Processing Contract Services Offered to Companies and Associations

The Society of FSP offers a full range of CE support services utilizing its highly trained staff and streamlined processes. Service and prices are listed below.

Fee: $200 per workshop (We do not count workshops that are repeated)
 
CE Certificate processing and mailing
Fee: $5.44 per attendee (Billed after the meeting)
 
CE Roster submission
Fee: Roster fees billed at actual cost (varies from $1.00-$6.00 per credit/attendee in a particular roster state).
Additional Costs
Travel and Hotel expenses FSP staff travel and hotel accommodations are billed at cost

Course Filing for other licenses/designations (Must be in conjunction with insurance credit)

CLE filing $2400 PLUS CLE state and roster fees are billed at actual cost
CFP, CPE, PACE filing $1,800 (bundled fee)

FSP Program Responsibilities

Speaker contact: FSP will work directly with speakers to obtain state instructor approval forms; FSP will work directly with company/association to ensure that speakers' materials are CE-worthy. FSP will make suggestions to company/association to help ensure award of CE credits.
FSP Staff: FSP will monitor as independent third party as required by state insurance departments for live programs. FSP will be responsible if program is state audited. In order to keep expenses down, will work with company/ association's staff to help monitor. Typically 1-2 FSP staff provided for a program.
Course identification: FSP is responsible for correct filing and reporting procedures, production and delivery of certificates.
Attendee instruction Company/association is given specific instructions for attendees, explaining what they need to do to get credit.
Approval listing FSP will maintain a page on www.financialpro.org listing the program credit approvals by state. Company/association is allowed to link to the page.
