Dick Weber is President of the Ethical Edge, Inc., in Pleasant Hill, California, where he serves as a consultant to insurers and their agents on the topic of effective and ethical selling.  Author of more than 200 articles encompassing products, sales practices, and the due diligence necessary to buy and sell insurance, his newest book is “Revealing Life Insurance Secrets: How the Pros Pick, Design, and Evaluate Their Own Policies.” In 2009, Dick was elected to the NAEPC Estate Planning Hall of Fame and selected to receive the Distinguished Accredited Estate Planner award and designation.  He holds an MBA for the University of California at Berkeley and earned the CLU credential in 1974.

Jim Lammers is a registered representative with Securities America, Inc., in Omaha, where he specializes in wealth management. In 2007, Jim was named NAIFA-Omaha’s agent of the year and is currently a member of the NAIFA-Omaha Board of Directors.  An active member of his community, Jim serves as a mentor for Boys Town, volunteers for the Nebraska Academic Decathlon, and is a 12-year member and past president of the Board of Directors of Community Alliance Mental Health Rehabilitation.  He was honored with a Paul S. Mills Scholarship in 2003 for his commitment to professional excellence.

Joe Frack is Chief Executive Officer of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. A member of the AICPA, Mr. Frack is a graduate of St. Joseph's and Villanova Universities with degrees in Marketing and Accounting and served as a senior accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers and also held domestic and international finance positions at Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Frack recently retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve with the rank of Captain after over 30 years of service with Navy Intelligence.

Michael P. Dow, CPA, CLU, ChFC, AEP

 

Mike Dow heads up Dow & Associates, LLC in Port Washington, Wisconsin where he specializes in estate and business succession planning and executive compensation.  Mike is past president of the Society of FSP’s Milwaukee Chapter and the Milwaukee Estate Planning Council.  He currently serves on FSP’s Investment Management, Audit, Professional Development, and Recruiting Strategies Committees.  He is a member of the National Advisory Team and a frequent moderator at FSP’s Leadership Development Conferences. A Vietnam veteran, Mike was active for 6 years in the U.S. Navy.  Also involved in community and civic matters, Mike serves on the board of Aurora Family Services Executive Committee as Treasurer (AFS) and is active with his church.

Anthony R. Bartlett, CASL, ChFC
Worcester, Massachussets


Anthony Bartlett is a financial planner with the firm of Baystate Financial in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he specializes in creating retirement and distribution strategies for the 50+ market.  He is past president of the Worcester FSP Chapter and currently serves as the Chapter’s Membership chair.  Anthony is a member of the Society of FSP’s Recruiting Strategies and Standards of Care Committees and acts as National Advisor to the Boston, Rhode Island and Worcester Chapters.  He also serves on the board of the Worcester Estate Planning Council, is past president of the Massachusetts Estate Planning Council, and a past director of the Devereux Foundation, a charitable organization that helps emotionally and developmentally challenged individuals.




Richard A. Bell,

Calabasas, California

Dick Bell is owner of Bell Financial, providing insurance and financial services to a wide variety of businesses and individuals for over 40 years. He spearheaded the FEP pro-bono project for the Foundation. Mr. Bell is a graduate of Northwestern University. He earned his CLU in 1969; ChFC in 1982; MSFS and CFP in 1984; RHU in 1992 and REBC in 2002. Dick works and resides in Calabasas, California and enjoys racewalking and tennis.

Jim Christian is President of Jim Christian, Inc. in Lakeville, Minnesota, where he helps  successful individuals navigate their retirement. He is an active leader in the Society of FSP’s Twin City Chapter and has served as co-chair of the Minnesota Business Ethics Award (MBEA) since 2000. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant credentials.  He enjoys scuba diving, woodworking and horseback riding.


Bruce A. Guillemette, CLU, ChFC, MSM
Farmington, Connecticut

Bruce A. Guillemette is vice president, Advanced Markets of AXA Equitable in Farmington, Connecticut, where his many responsibilities include providing leadership to the independent distribution channel’s Advanced Markets Life Case Design Team.  Immediate past president of the Hartford Chapter, Bruce currently serves as a member of the Society of FSP’s National Advisory Team and Recruiting Strategies Committee.  He is also a member of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters.

Michael J. McGlothlin, CLU, ChFC, CFP
Indianapolis, Indiana

Mike McGlothlin is senior vice president with Highland Capital Brokerage’s Annuities Division in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He holds the Chartered Financial Consultant, Chartered Life Underwriter and Certified Financial Planner designations. He is also a FINRA Registered Representative. A graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, Mike earned a double major from Indiana’s School of Business in Business Analysis and Business Economics and Public Policy.  He is an active member of FPA, NAIFA, and the Society of FSP, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Allan J. Turoff, CFP, CPA
Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Allan Turoff is a financial planner in charge of the Cherry Hill, New Jersey, office of Dynasty Advisors, LLC..  In this capacity, he offers comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to a broad base of clients.  A past president of the South Jersey Chapter of the Society of FSP, Allan is now serving as a member of the FSP National Advisor Team.  Allan has also held leadership positions with the New Jersey FPA and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.  He was part of the NJ CPA Committee which organized pro bono services to aid families of 9/11 victims.  He has also volunteered with the NJ Jewish National Fund and the CH Soccer Club.


Robert B. Wellendorf, II, CLU
Omaha, Nebraska

Rob Wellendorf is owner of FFG Executive Solutions, a consulting and planning firm specializing in business succession and executive benefits.  Prior to starting his own firm, Rob was a general agent of MassMutual Financial Group and spent 10 years with Prudential Preferred Financial Services as both a field agent and manager.  A member of the local NAIFA organization and the Estate Planning Council, Rob is past president of the Omaha Chapter of the Society of FSP.  Community activities include leadership roles with the Siena/Francis House Homeless Shelter and the Saint Wenceslaus Catholic Parish Council.

Anne Rigney serves as general counsel for the Society of Financial Service Professionals and associate editor for Keeping Current, a quarterly subscription service on estate and insurance planning topics. Ms. Rigney joined the Society of FSP in 1988, after completing a judicial clerkship in the Philadelphia Court of Common pleas. She is graduate of Villanova University and Widener University School of Law. She earned her CLU in 1990 and ChFC in 1992.
