We have negotiated a special group rate for guest rooms for Forum attendees at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa. Reservations must be made by September 29, 2008 to receive the Society's special Forum room rate. Reservations made after this date are subject to space and rate availability. Group rate applies three days prior and three days after the program dates, based on hotel’s availability. Reservations must be held with a credit card, check or money order, and require one-night’s room and tax for deposit.  Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival.
