Professional Showcase Sessions

Showcase your technical expertise while promoting your company's products! The Presentation & Booth package deal that you are purchasing includes a 10'x10' Exhibit Hall Booth and a Professional Showcase Session. All sessions on Saturday, Oct. 9 also include breakfast in each session room.

Showcase Session Schedule

Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, 9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. ($5500 fee) (SOLD OUT)
Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, 7:15 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. ($7000 fee, breakfast included in each room)

Logistics

Your time-slot will have five coinciding PSS rooms. Each session will consist of 60 minutes. Please allow a question and answer period during the 60 minute timeslot. The PSS can be either educational (working on a solution) or strictly commercial in format (highlighting the features of a product). Professional Showcase Sessions will be located within the educational rooms. The Society will assign the Room # to each company. Each PSS must take place in the designated room assignment. Each PSS room will have appropriate meeting space set in classroom style. The Society will list the Professional Showcase Session schedule in the Forum Program Book and on the Forum web site, fspforum.com. One sign will be placed at each session room, listing the company name and title of presentation. Each company is responsible for promoting their PSS to the attendees. One set of attendee mailing labels will be provided to the company prior to the meeting. All cancellations received in writing to Michelle Connor by June 1, 2010 will receive a full refund.

Audio/Visual

Each PSS room will contain an LCD projector, screen, microphone, podium & electricity. Please contact Michelle Connor for any additional A/V needs which will be at the presenter's expense.
