Airline Discounts

Delta Airlines is the official airline of the 2010 FSP Forum and is offering discounts off the lowest applicable fares. Call Delta at 1-800-328-1111 and refer to File Number NM53M for the Forum discount. (Northwest Airlines is now part of Delta).

Southwest Airlines also offers an array of flights to and from Orlando at a discount when reserving on-line at www.southwest.com. Southwest offers two checked bags at no charge. All other airlines charge a fee for each checked bag.

Car Rental Discounts

Hertz is offering discounted car rental rates in Orlando for the Forum from October 1-17, 2010. For reservations call 1-800-654-2240 or book online at www.hertz.com. Refer to meeting CV #02LP0011 for Forum discount. The Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek has a Hertz desk located in the resort. View the group rates offered by Hertz.

Ground Transportation

Shuttle

Mears Transportation Group is offering a group discount to FSP Forum attendees. Forum attendees pay $29 roundtrip shuttle transportation to and from the airport. Regular one-way rate is $20.00 per person. Print out the coupon and bring it with you to the Mears Desk located in the baggage claim area in the Orlando Airport for your discount.

Reservations can also be made directly on-line.

Sedan Service

Mears Transportation Group also offers sedan service for $78 one-way from the airport and $63 back to the airport, and includes meet and greet service, flight tracking, luggage assistance and a nominal gratuity of 5%. This is an option for those traveling together as you can share the cost.

Taxi

One-way taxi fare is approximately $35 from Orlando International Airport to the Hilton Bonnet Creek and distance is approximately 20 miles (25 minutes).
