There is a wide array of interesting topics to choose from, and the ability to assemble a group of individuals lets you extend and amplify the value of the program. When supporting material is provided, such as articles, web sites, etc., attendees can continue the dialogue when the program ends."

Program Overview

The "traditional" American family has changed. The increase in second marriages and merging of families, the growth in the number of same-sex and non-married couples, and the expanding population of multi-generational families all bring new financial planning challenges — along with great opportunities. Join Transamerica and FSP to learn how life insurance can be a simple solution to navigate planning issues in today's complex relationships.

Attendees Will Learn:

  • How to help baby boomer clients leave a legacy for loved ones while ensuring they have resources for their own needs
  • How blended families can plan now to minimize conflict later and ensure fair treatment of family members
  • How recent legislative changes will affect planning for married same-sex couples
  • Why non-married couples need to protect each other during their lifetime and after
