Designed to Satisfy Wisconsin's New Mandatory State Educational Requirement

Why You Need This Course

Effective November 1, 2010, Wisconsin legislation requires the licensing of Life Settlement brokers and providers and that an individual must complete 8 hours of approved training.

Nonresident life producers must also complete an 8 hour/credit training course either in the producer's home state (which is approved by the home state in accordance with reciprocity agreements) or a Wisconsin Department approved course.

Course Content

This course meets the new CE requirement for life settlement licensing in the state of Wisconsin. It covers the fundamental issues of the life insurance policy resale market, such as terminology, the participants, Wisconsin regulations, suitability issues and what can and can't be done in a life settlement transaction.

CE Credits

On successful completion of this self-study course, you will receive a Wisconsin state certificate of completion for 8 credit hours. Affadavit must be completed and returned with the test in order to receive credit. (Note: You can earn the credits even if you don't plan to enter the viatical/settlement market.)

Cost

Cost includes the course, 50 question test and CE processing. Payment is made at time of test submission to FSP
