University Partners Program Core Committee

Background

The FSP created the University Partners Program (UPP) to help build a bridge between the current generation of financial service professionals and the future generation of professionals who are in undergraduate and graduate degree programs in colleges and universities around the country.

Through Professor Memberships and Student Memberships, students and their faculty advisors are given access to all the FSP published materials that are archived on the FSP website. In addition, the students and their professors are also members of one of our 160 local Chapters around the country and have access to some of the best financial service professionals in the country thorough their local Chapter membership.

Charge

• The committee has immediate oversight and ongoing development responsibility for the UPP effort on a national basis. It is charged with the continued improvement of the benefits of the program along with its long term growth in terms of both student members and participating schools.
• Additionally, the committee is charged with providing guidance in developing and enhancing student resources such as web site, discussion groups, education, networking and career building opportunities
  

Reporting Timeline

The committee is responsible to make ongoing (quarterly) reports to the Society's Board of Directors and measuring key area progress on an annual basis.
